A pre-nup is not a bad idea. My example is that when I got my ex wife here from Kenya the government said we had to have only one bank account. Once she got here we each had a bank account and set up ideas of which one of us would pay what. I think both of us liked this idea but the average rednecks that I know had a fit. All the money has to be in one account they said. Most just gave their checks to the wife in exchange for a carton of cigs or some beer. How ignorant! I still have 3 bank accounts and I get by daily by cleverly moving money from one account to the other similar to the 3 shells with the pea under them. Being married does not mean that your other half has control of your personal money.

This Frankenstein of scripture that we call the bible is actually made up of 66 independent books if you are Protestant. If you are Catholic there are 73 of them. Some 300 years after the time of Jesus there were so many books floating around that it was not funny. Churches had their favorite books and some churches were not aware of the books the others had. Some of the books told stories of Jesus as a child making birds out of clay or killing enemies. One book had a talking cross after crucifixion. Some had miracles just a bit beyond belief. By the time Constantine got involved the idea was to get rid of ridiculous books and put the accepted ones in a big volume. Over the years there were so many religious books. Were the stories real or allegorical? This took some time and many councils because of differing belief but the big** volume had a beginning and an end just like a big storybook**. Revelation was the last book accepted and is still not accepted by everyone even today. Understanding of the above is why you see contradictions in what is called the bible. All these individual books were floating around from the beginning and **were not meant to be bound together as one story**. This is the main reason I reject the Abrahamic god. Seeing a similar pattern in all scriptures it is a main reason to reject god belief in general. There is no record written by an invisible being. Gods are not trying to talk to you.

My mother has been dead over 6 years and not long before she died she had tried again to convince me that I never lived with my grandparents. This had been a lifelong fight and she claimed I never lived with them and never went to the local school in their area. Other Trump supporters will smile and agree with you on every point of discussion against Trump until they find out that you are actually against the orange maniac. Then they refuse to talk to you any longer and almost turn white in the face. I deliver parts to a man that if you mention you are against Trump he starts cussing Hillary to extremes and says she should rot in hell. Next he tells you that he gets his news from a different source than you do and he knows so much more. His news is not "fake news" etc., etc. I imagine he is deeply into Infowars, Stone, and Brietbart. He might as well be into Mad Magazine or The Onion. None of these people listen. They hear words but do not believe unless the words came from their master's voice. That's about what it is like living in Trump World.

I had the same feelings, eventually did my own divorce after 2 years or living apart, and I've never been better although I am lonely. The ex and I are still friends but I miss her dearly. I've found that she stresses me a lot, so being divorced and alone here is the thing to do. I was worried about losing my property, small as it is. We came to an agreement and I filed. Why would you feel guilty? Both of you made some very serious vows and they are apparently now unkept. In my case I went on a long journey of fixing everything around and in the house. Why would I do this? It's because I could not fix my broken marriage.

For those who don't have....Wouldn't it be beautiful to fall asleep and wake up with a loved one?

What do studies prove? You have to look at how the study was done and why, who funded it, etc. I'm amazed that doctors get a new med from the drug salesman and they believe all that he says about it, then prescribe that drug to patients they think might need it. This is worse when your doctor presumes to know all about you and sees you for 20 minutes every six months.
