What goes on in Facebook and You Tube is that someone wants your money and your vote. **Yes, they will even lie to get it.** Tactics of "Russian meddling" were in place before the election and so much more so even now. Imagine someone spending millions to get your dollar and tell you how to vote. Imagine billionaire business interests running agencies to do this and you see behind the false information. Advertising has always been about people control but today we have stepped into 1984. The difference is that it came a bit late.

You have to have a diet and exercise combo and eat 4 to 5 small meals a day to speed up metabolism. Too bad I don't do that any longer. It kept the body furnace burning. Today I workout less and still eat the same or more. You must eat less as you get older. I think I just hit 260 so eating the same doesn't work. I was best around 200 lbs. The foods you eat are important in this, but I know fat people who eat barely enough to keep a bird alive and they are still fat people.

In my experience all my friends were married so it might have made me hurry to marry at 21 and the woman was 34 and had 4 kids. It worked for a couple of years. In the end we remained friends over the years. She's dead now and so are 2 of the kids. Next I'm 24 and ran off with a 16 year old. Still in the same family as the first one here, but this time around I end up with 2 daughters even though the relationship is not good. In 1974 I ran off with a woman who had 8 kids and ended up helping raise half of them. She was 18 years older than me and we got along fine. She died of a heart attack in 1984 but my 2 daughters from the earlier marriage had come to live with us. The youngest after I found myself alone again. In 2004 I went to Kenya at 58 to meet my future wife of the Luo tribe. She was 28 at the time and we were married 12 years. We spent over 10 years of this together. We remain friends today and we had no children together. I haven't seen her in 2 years but we both still live alone. Throw misguided religion in between all this and there are my loves and relationships. Young or older didn't matter to me. Three white women and one black. No big deal.

Muslims state these days that "black holes are the vacuum cleaners of the universe." The strange thing is that nobody thought of this before vacuum cleaners were invented. This is similar to some Christians telling us which part of the sky heaven is located in. Direction as we know it is related to our earth. I don't think anyone gets it.

I have an ex mother in law who tells everybody that computers are responsible for the breakup of many marriages. I think she misplaced responsibility here. Nothing guarantees that you and this man would be a match really even if you seem to be so much in agreement. Words on paper or a screen mean little when you have not even met. Here's my similar story. I have a Facebook friend on the east coast whom I have talked to up to 4 hours at a time on the phone. We have been friends over a year and have never met. She is like a princess and would really like to be one. We think alike in many ways and are in agreement and supportive. I tell her that if I win the lottery I will marry her. I think she would do this even if I am 72. Where would it be in 10 years? I respect her and value her opinion but the more I look at this I see exactly what happened between myself and my ex. I am attracted to younger women and often there is a great age difference. I am willing to take a chance on this situation and I see no other families or marriages that I would break up in doing so. The destroyed lives are what you have to deal with here, so maybe you really are spared some grief in your case. In my situation I see a pattern that continually wants to repeat itself and my relationships last about 12 years and then go all to hell. Look at yours carefully. Ask yourself if it would have really of been worth it. Ask yourself how children and others would deal with it and how long you think the utopia would go on. Been there, done that. What I left out of my story is the time that I gave in to a situation similar to yours. What I offered you is a bit of what I have learned from it.

I always have those people who tell me to be fair I have to "try" all religions. Why do I have to try anything if you can prove that the writings are bullshit? Other defenders of the faith say "god doesn't send you to hell, you send yourself there." If you are so frantically searching I can agree you send yourself there. Gods are imaginary. I took the test once and it said I am ESTJ-T. Am I really a Sentinel and my role is social engagement? Maybe. I know that I am a voice of activism in a world that seems to be unraveling for many of us who live within it. Fairness does not exist but we have to approach everything with logic and use evidence and facts. Trump and many others want to use their own facts and this alone is worse than religious indoctrination. It doubles up on those who want Democracy when the GOP marries into the religious right. Be diligent and be on guard.

I like coffee but do not have it every day. I was a grown man in my 20's when my now deceased mother would continually invite me to have coffee as I visited her. That was the how and when of my coffee days. Today I make a pot maybe 3 times a week and I love specialty coffees.
