The Pandemic had everyone indoors except for a few. My stimulus money went straight to the bank and stayed there. Others used theirs to buy things. Corporations and the government were afraid nobody would buy things. Stores changed their policies and many items sold out quickly. Some still do even today. So, if you argue that the stimulus money came from your taxpayer dollar, prove it. How do you retain ownership of taxes you paid in? There are taxes on everything you buy. I don't see any losers here.

I can relate to this and it happens to me often. I "lost" an item once that I keep in a closet in the little bedroom. It then got into my brain that I left it on the porch and a neighbor kid stole it while I was gone. After 3 or 4 times of looking I found it back in the little bedroom closet where it should have been. Is it ghosts or demons playing a trick? Yes, it was me and I simply did not see that item in my closet the first few times I looked for it. Years ago I was in a car with others and we had to scream at the driver because he was pulling out in front of an oncoming car. The driver honestly admitted he did not see that car. Strange things happen.

I smoked for 35 years and smoked 2 packs a day. Tried to quit 3 times but it never worked coz I became aware that laying off cigs a bit and then starting again made me high as a kite. Almost drunk for 15 minutes. When I finally decided to quit was when I woke up coughing and gagging and it took 2 pots of coffee and me smoking all the time to straighten me out. I quit by will not willpower. No gum, no mints, no nothing. My biggest fear was that I would want to smoke if I had a drink. That's how I got started in the first place. It was not all that hard to do. Within 6 months just being around cigarettes made me gag. As for cigs with a drink, I got over that too. I do not drink every day but when I do drink it's usually 3 or less and never over 6. You also cannot smoke inside my house. Many people think that vape and all these other products are there to help you quit smoking. If there is nicotine in them they are there as another way to sell you nicotine but if you smoke less that is good. As a one time smelly smoker I could never understand why some women would not date a smoker. It's all pretty plain to me today.

While I do not like DeJoy in any fashion I admit our current Supreme Court seems to want to break things and make fast changes, not many of which are fair. As for religious freedom in the workplace you can have it if you work in a religious institution. Other than that there should be no prayer in schools, the Post Office, or the corporation in which you do work. It simply should not be allowed. Oh, you are self employed. OK, pray away all you want to.

I rarely see EVs in city, when I do it's on the interstate and mostly out of state tags.

My current vehicle is a 2004 Monte Carlo with 227,000 miles on it. I got this for my ex a long time ago and she decided against it when the battery went bad. She wanted my Malibu which was new at the time so we traded. LOL. Normal maintenance for my Monte Carlo along the way and the 3.4 engine gets 24 mpg. One thing I am not going to replace is my instrument cluster which has all but quit now. I do very little personal driving but this forces me to top off the gas tank 2 times a week and even with current prices that costs me between $16 and $20. There may be another 100,000 miles in this car yet, IDK. When time comes to replace it I will likely get another used gasoline powered car rather than buy a new one. I'm not seeing the advantage of EV right now in my community and the nearest charging station is 7 miles away at a Walmart Super Center.

My experience with Kenyans, also having once been married to one, is that they mix tribal beliefs with known religions and take it all very seriously. My ex was deeply into Legio Maria and her grandfather was an elder. Simeo Ondetto was the black Jesus who was poisoned but many claim to see him all the time even today.

If you are Catholic that pretty much explains it. For some of the others the manner of dress may vary. The people that want to make a big deal out of transphobia today hope that we have all forgotten Milton Berle or the TV show "Bossom Buddies." Then there was that long forgotten film "Glen or Glenda." All of the modern hype is to get your attention and support and hopefully get your vote in the end. Some of these damned fools want you to believe we are all One America, meaning we are all the same. It boggles the mind.
