I also run the AC at about 75 to 77 degrees and I have 2 ceiling fans and 2 Lasko Windmachines. I love to watch TV or sleep with air blowing on me. I hear ya. My back problems are not even solved with an inversion table. What I did this morning helped a lot. Lay down on your bed flat on your back. Raise one leg with the knee coming towards you face and pull the knee towards your chin with both hands. Lower that leg and do the same with the other leg.
