In China they used to eat dogs. The religious just chow down on that cow- with no thought of anything, like their other thoughts about nothing. I read, that there are more secular people who are vegetarians- than their religious neighbours. That is the consequence of thinking about MANY things. By the way, I am not trying to sell vegetarianism.

How about, 'book or person'? I had a 'relative' that if she had a thousand good things happen in a day, and one perceived as bad, she would repeat the "perceived" to tatters. Also,Trump is a championship moron. Everyone should learn NOT to be like these people. Leave friends with a smile on their faces, so they are expecting their next experience with you to be a good one too.
I just cannot wrap my head around how much of a douchebag this faux POTUS is.
Diogenes comments on Oct 28, 2018:
"Faux POTUS" is correct- he is living in his own little world, the one that he has created, a few nanoseconds ago. He is worn-out entertainment- but he is VERY dangerous, and he has all his trained (they didn't need much training) clapping baboons to enforce his momentary whims.
Diogenes replies on Oct 29, 2018:
@Condor5 Hitler did not have nuclear weapons. Possibly Hitler had enough brain power to know that to use such weapons meant his own death; the orange thing certainly will never be that bright. He has cancelled the US-Russian weapons agreement- he had a brain flutter, and that's what happened.
Trump blames “‘Bomb’ stuff” for distracting from his midterm message.
Freedompath comments on Oct 26, 2018:
The only message that trump is sending ..that needs to be destroyed, is his love of ‘jerking people around!’ IT is HE...who is leading this country down into the jaws of derangement!

Yes, he is the biggest promoter of, that archaic, but encompassing word, "evil".

Freedompath comments on Oct 22, 2018:
I think that is not all they want to cut...our participation in the governmental process, is what would really delight the Republicans! They want everything geared up...toward their religious, short sighted image of America!
Diogenes replies on Oct 22, 2018:
"Religious", hmmmm! I have a friend that is a 'minister'; I would hardly call him a "preacher". He is no fan of Trump. We never talk about religion- and he doesn't attempt to 'recruit'. I don't know how he gets around it, but I don't know if he talks about the outright bull shit, like coming back from the dead. Except for the US, in the Western World fanatical religion is a topic for jokes.

@Freedompath But the point is, way back 50 years ago, "ain't got no math..." In essence, it was a song about having no education, and the teenage pride in not having any. It is all coming to roost. Some countries have potential students vying for a place in classes. In North America they are finding ways to remain unbelievably stupid, but the price will be paid.

@Umbral "Religious zealot"--- gotta love it; needed a good laugh this morning. So someone that is aware of reality...! Must consider the source. Quit smoking many years ago- 'gaud, must have talked to me'. A person, even with a tiny brain, must realize that everything that is animate will die; there is no choice. Why would even the village idiot choose to take the painful way of lung cancer? If a person ground up and dried banana peals, and smoked it long enough, it would cause lung damage. Did you figure it out? Lungs aren't meant for smoke. And Trudeau 2, who is his father? Maggie was balling the Rolling Stones while on drugs. Trudeau 1, pulled a Donald Trump; he didn't want to fight the Germans. Brave men and women fought and died to save his sorry ass, while he rode around Mount Royal on his motorcycle with a WW1 German helmet on his lump.

@silverotter11 I haven't been checking the exact number of years. I believe that Mark Twain lost a lot of money in one in the late 1800s. Yesterday, reporting from Wednesday, on the front page of the Financial Post was a big red title, "Bleeding", about the 'all' markets being down; they were down again Thursday. Don't know what the papers said for the first shock on September 24, 1929. I imagine it was rather casual 'reporting'- because the reality was still not realized.
