Goebbels Needs a Hug....

Diogenes replies on Jul 6, 2018:
@LucyLoohoo Excuse my typos in my little post- please. At "101" ? Hey, now that I am 110 it is hard to find someone who is younger- and still alive. LOL To get serious, Orangie could end up killing a lot more people than what Goebbels ever thought of. He has his dictatorship all set up- now. Some of the Jews in Deutschland in the early '30s thought that Hitler's pogroms, would pass; there had been many before. Hitler did not have a so-called "bigger red button".

In a nutshell.
Diogenes replies on Jul 5, 2018:
"Joseph" was manipulating an educated population, where death was the consequence of not agreeing, and all communication was shut down. Goebbels' evil was so unbelievable! His doctorate was in philosophy- if I am I can remember. But yet, Sophy Scole and the members of The White Rose movement died for distributing anti-NAZI pamphlets. The Orange Thing, has NEVER read a novel in his life, and a large portion of his psychophantic followers are the same. They would not know Charles Dickens, for example, or any other writer. They are in love with their stupidity.
Let's read the Declaration of Independence today, since many Trumpets didn't recognize it.

Diogenes replies on Jul 5, 2018:
Home schooling would be okay if taught by a knowledgeable parent- who taught 'facts'. I was talking with a mother, who was home-schooling her daughter. It was a VERY strange experience. I said, "You don't believe that someone lived to be hundreds of years old, like Methuselah?" Her answer, "Things were different before the flood." Even insanity can be carried too far.

There are some goons who go to protest evens, with no knowledge, or care, about the event- but are only there for the 'pleasure' of causing trouble. There is NO explanation for this.------So good that you, and others, ran a functional event.---- A troubling thought though is that Trump is insane, that fact is not hidden; he has to 'know', if that is possible, that he will be dealt with, using the same methods as what he uses.

...not in our generation’s history, can I remember someone so despised! TRUMP seems not to notice! He is a new kind of ‘dead man’ walking!
Diogenes replies on Jun 15, 2018:
Trump is empty. He has no idea how a decent person would act. He has never read a book in his life- he can't understand why a thinking person would want to.
Has anyone ever been so widely despised?
zeuser comments on Jun 14, 2018:
W was hated. The Clintons were also disliked widely, each in their own way. Let's not forget tricky Dick. This guy, though, breaks those records.

Diogenes replies on Jun 12, 2018:
I repeat myself. The stock market is booming. The greed monsters are happy 'forever'- like in 1929. In the summer of 1929 the stock market was being played; stocks were being bought on margin; too rich still wasn't rich enough. The song, Happy Days are Here Again, came out just about the time that the worst financial crash in history started. Trump has had four or five 'successful' bankruptcies, where Trump walked away with the money and the investors got screwed. Will it be worse this time?
Loss of American Jobs?

Of course it will. Just found out also that Trump pulled out of the G7 "because he didn't want to appear weak." Too bad his daddy didn't pull out.

It's a debatable point whether they would be smarter than a dung beetle. These insects are doing what Nature programed them to do. A crow is an ultra smart bird; they can open catches, etc, yet they eat stinking, rotting carrion from the road. That crowd doesn't look smarter than either comparison.

@AnandaKhan ... and "good hearted people" don't have to have the false illusion of going to La-la-land to be good. Don't do evil in this world; no secret! Lies may be more interesting than truth, because reality actually is boring (you are right). For an example, my IQ is probably a bit over 100- absolutely no match for Trump's 156- but like these religious oracles, Trump's lies become boring- time after time, ad infanitum. How SHOCKING it would be if Trump told the boring truth; how shocking it would be if these religious text, whether Hindi, Christian, or anything else, said, "This earth came about, approx. four billion years ago; and we have no knowledge about 'how' or 'why'." And I don't have the time or proclivity to chastise religion either.

First, of all, I don't know if a "few drops of iodine" are poisonous or not, and uneducated as I am, I don't know what some of these other concoctions are either. I have to admit though, I am living the 'half existence'- and if that isn't bad enough, doing it at half speed. There are days that are up and there are days that are down- VERY DOWN- where I realize that survival, for the sake of survival, is not worth the effort. I found your post interesting, and I agree with most of it, especially the first four entries. Want to be happy; find something to laugh at- even if it is Netflix. Walk in a quiet area, where the body is in motion, but all the cacophony of abuse and absurdity is removed too. It isn't from lack of trying on my part. I know what to do------- now I would like some positive results. People who 'enjoy' moaning and groaning do not have my empathy. Too lazy to get off their asses! They have made their choices. By contrast, some people who have serious conditions (I wish I had a magic wand and could fix their injuries) are living every day as if it was a joyous day and are happy to be alive. I truly admire such people.

In Canada it is pandering to all the religious minorities. Wearing of hats is not allowed in Parliament. If on the other hand a persona Sikh, or some other group, that worships the Great Watermelon God In The Sky----- that group have their so-called "rights", and they can wear "their hats" in Parliament.

@nobullshithere Let's try again; my message this morning did not send; maybe I am blocked- if so...! If you are offended- then you would not like to be me- because I judge "me" with no mercy. It does tend to get depressing after a while. I have made so very many bad choices in life. I haven't got the quote handy, "What if all the war-mongers declared war, and nobody showed up?" A thought: what if Trump decided to create another building scam, and nobody showed up? Would he shovel the weakened cement, with his red tie dragging in it himself?
