The Toronto Star, published a "Star Exclusive" about me, with a film of the dog on me. HOW BAD CAN IT GET? I have tried to get some news coverage of this. I spent $120, two weeks ago, to notarize and register, five letters to the news papers. NO RESPONSE- OF COURSE.

Yes, correct. I am taking blood pressure pills. Something scary happened yesterday. I hadn't been to the gym in a few days and even taking these pills my BP was astronomical. I got down to the gym for a few hours and my BP went to optimal. There's the answer: doing everything that inhibits good health (getting no exercise), while eating junk food---- or bicycling to the restaurant- or making it a habit of parking at the farthest distance from any door.

Eating organic is a first choice---- if a person has the money to do that; otherwise we have no idea what Monsanto or Dow product has been sprayed on the vegetables. I had some distant cousins that grew very tall. I attribute this to them eating growth-enhanced meat all their lives, but they died at an early age too- probably for the same reason.
