I'm fairly broad-minded and open to many experiences, but left my own devices, I'd likely end up reading and listening music. Politics do not bore me, and I prefer people with similar zeal, if not closed-minded. My politics lean toward Socialism.
Having diabetes and depression, which are intimately linked, have impact on my daily life.
I am a beer and coffee snob. Bad beer and bad coffee are wastes of water and time.
Having cooked professionally for 20 years, I'm quite handy in the kitchen, particularly baking. I do, though, tend not to experiment often. I make excellent scones.
