I was raised raised into a Catholic, extended family. But as my nuclear family lived across the Pond and the States, we slowly began leaving the church behind.
Oddly enough, my sister and I pestered our mother into getting involved with the Christian Church when we got back to the States, because we were little kids who didn't know anything.
Even though I've lived over 20 years in the Bible Belt of the Deep South, I questioned doctrine and dogma into varying degrees of disbelief. I finally hit "F It" on the conviction button and am a nonbeliever.
