I know that feeling all to well! I wonder the same thing! I wonder about the time I have taken up 'poking fun,' and listening/watching... all the other fun 'facts!' I believe the most important part of being a non-believer...is being your authentic self with the religious community! Trying to fix what we believe (at a deeper level), went wrong...way back in childhood. I chose 3 addictive, emotionally distant men to marry!
