But, in my case my mother behaved in so many ways like trump...that his every move sent up a red flag for me! I know that there must be a lot more people that had experience with sociopathic parent or relative in this country. Now, I am beginning to wonder if those people in trump’s cult just consider trump as normal? It is my opinion there is some serious mental illness going on in this Country!

I am definitely for ‘self-preservation,’ above all! This video didn’t show much of trump, but the struggle of decent people when they were being attacked and bullied on their lifelong homesteads. @Kynlei I also had one of those tens units. It did help for a time. And remember to keep active, as when we are in pain, we think it best to not disturb ourselves too much, but movement is what gets the blood and energy flowing, to remove inflammation. Good luck...

@Kynlei my back problems started early on, in my 30s...then I had a bad accident when I was 59 and that did real damage to neck and lower back. It has been a struggle, if you could get some physical therapy (and not all pt places are the same), that could help move the inflammation ...our injured places accumulate inflammation and it needs to be removed, by pt or some anti-inflammatory meds. That is the cheapest way... I had one other successful experience, which gave me relief from most of the pain. I joined a fitness Ctr, and worked on the weight machines 2/3 times a week! I got great results from that! (All of our muscles need to be working to support our injured bodies and when you can’t be physical enough we loose a lot of them that we need support from.) There was a clear shift in my brain, too! It was a few months before I noticed a change, but within a year...there was a major change! Doing a ‘dry sauna’ is helpful to! Gets the blood flow up, which helps move inflammation! I hate it for you that you have no health ins. I know how expensive it is! But, don’t give up, and focus on what you can do or can afford...to get your pain level down. It does effect your whole body/brain outlook. But try and keep your mind on being comfortable and well, our minds can sell us ‘down the river’ if you don’t challenge it...been there done that! Good luck...

And besides they had the ‘real GOD’ on their side...THEY have it all..😇. Their evil desguised with a halo destroys...it cannot do otherwise!
