Don’t give up and don’t give in...pay attention and do your due diligence, frequently wash hands and keep them away from your face. I put some anti-bacterial spray in a small bottle and I spray my hands before I go into the grocery store. I use Clorox wipes when I pump gas. I am pretty much staying put. About trump, from my own experience with my sociopath mother and some of the literature, on the matter...these personalities seem to have less health problems than the general population. Not at the moment...but I had 25-30 yrs of it! I had depression that came on for no reason that I could nail down. As I look back now (and I had years of therapy), I kept doing different things outside ‘my normal,’ and I believe that helped me, get a grip on living authenticily. For the last 5 years I have only had to resort to medication a couple of short periods, after illness. In my early life, I started working consistently to overcome my depression and it took a long time...even though I had periods of relief, from time to time!
