There are a lot of reasons to keep the middle...the middle. Lol. Apparently, diabetes, plus we can’t bend over correctly. I certainly do not fear his ‘ways!’ I also, do not have the inside scoop as to my idea...just bits and pieces assembled over time! After I posted it and respond to others here, it seem to subside. I don’t even feel sad now. But, I felt tearful as I wrote responses and then it was finished, it was unusual in that, I seem to cover most of 80 yrs in a short period of time! You see my birthday is coming up in 2 months and I have been thinking a lot about how did 80 yrs past in my life time! Especially, when I feel like I am in a new lifetime...and how that cannot be so!
I do believe that we can never get all of grieving over all of our many losses at once. And I have those times with a specific loss and I feel grief and they can last a short time or a little longer! I think that I have firgured out how to do this grief stuff. without falling apart. But, life seems to have a few surprises left to show us! I guess we better ‘be there’ with gratitude... after all, we are still here! Thanks for sharing with me!

And, it was not hiding underneath, although I am warn out watching the debacle with trump. But, I see how your idea could help...say when I saw the cab of an 18 wheeler, completely engulfed in flames and felt sick not knowing if the person driving got out! Next day a friend reported he did not get out! This was terribly upsetting. This was different to what my experience was today! Thanks,

I do think what really got to me, were James Taylor’s childhood pics and his story, because it brought to mind about my children and their alcoholic father and our sad life back then. That is a real sensitive issue about my children! And, I can’t go back! Thanks..

Those words are so kind, that too, matters to me. As people can do better, when they know better, if I had know earlier what was behind fragmented emotional issues, my life..,I believe would have been easier. So that is all I try to give here, things I learned the hard way and later than I would have liked.
It helps to hear your story...as I feel less alone with these hurtful feelings. Life is what it is, and we must deal with it as it crosses our path. And, she had breast cancer in the last 5 years and did not want to bring that on again! @JackPedigo I have seen some of such lectures! And I have no problem with promoting less children in families. My problem is deciding for others instead of them deciding for themselves. I have no problem teaching what it means with overpopulation to school children. But, nature being what it is, we need to be prepared to deal with the accidents and purposeful created humans. Every young person cannot be chained and monitored...that would be slavery! And I am not so sure that would not damage mental health as a person would be carring a specific fear all the time! The sexual nature of anything cannot be stamped out! Not from what I have studied! From the Science that I recall (not specifics). Life in all forms is always moving toward its re-producing! It is in the DNA. These are abstracts that I can relate to!
So I am all for education. But, creating life long guilt in people is counterproductive! What good can come from damaged people...the ones that never produced, but lived on? Therefore, preparations need to be made for ‘reality’ as it is or will be...for the people that will be living!
This is something that you apparently believe in deeply, so you need to do what you believe is for the ‘greater good!’ As for me... I will not be able to be of help here as i cannot fit your concept into my concept of always trying to face the reality of each human being that I find before me! I hope that my understanding is acceptable. Like I have said in the past, I cannot ‘see’ the world from your viewpoint and I suspect that I never will, as I know my own makeup! I stand with every human, in real time and even when i am conflicted and it is hard!

@JackPedigo I have seen some of such lectures! And I have no problem with promoting less children in families. My problem is deciding for others instead of them deciding for themselves. I have no problem teaching what it means with overpopulation to school children. But, nature being what it is, we need to be prepared to deal with the accidents and purposeful created humans. Every young person cannot be chained and monitored...that would be slavery! And I am not so sure that would not damage mental health as a person would be carring a specific fear all the time! The sexual nature of anything cannot be stamped out! Not from what I have studied! From the Science that I recall (not specifics). Life in all forms is always moving toward its re-producing! It is in the DNA. These are abstracts that I can relate to!
So I am all for education. But, creating life long guilt in people is counterproductive! What good can come from damaged people...the ones that never produced, but lived on? Therefore, preparations need to be made for ‘reality’ as it is or will be...for the people that will be living!
This is something that you apparently believe in deeply, so you need to do what you believe is for the ‘greater good!’ As for me... I will not be able to be of help here as i cannot fit your concept into my concept of always trying to face the reality of each human being that I find before me! I cannot wrap my mind abstractly around who should live and who should die and not even who should be born...for another human being! I only want YOUR input and ideas about why you take your positions. I must be slightly on the ‘dense’ side as I can only take in one viewpoint at a time! And, your scientific knowledge, is generated from an inexact Science that is always evolving. And, I can study that myself to see how it ‘shakes out!’
I have this same reaction when people use the Bible to back up their opinions! I feel the same way, when people tell me that their opinions of trump are based on what he has done! I can only take in what each person has come to believe in their own psyche! And...I don’t ‘groupie up’ to figure that out!
I can see your envolvement...and clearly it looks like you want/need to do that! But, don’t be surprised if you are challenged, as I am not doing the same thing as you are and even further...I do not ‘see’ the world from your ‘eyes!’ No matter how much you are convinced that your’s is the correct path! I am just sharing what comes out of my study and experience and I believe it...to have the same value that any other person may share! Every human being that I have passed...has shared some value! Even the evil ones, of my personal experience.
There is an energy in this Universe, that is available to every human being...he uses it according to his abilities, if this were not so...then we would not have survived for billons of years! But, Science is bringing that energy to life, in the ‘Collendar’ (spell?) So we are supporting life differently...I see that and hope you can respect me enough to see that! I cannot ‘see’ from your ‘perch’ and my ideas should not be de-valued...on that account! No mattered how ‘passionate’ you feel about a matter! Our passion is never the only gauge we use to determine truth! 🤔
