Forgiveness and acceptance is when we accept things as they are, and pick ourselves up now...and meet as many of our own needs as possible, without any hurt to anyone else (and allow the same for others). It has become clear to me that most of us as children were a problem to our parents. Mostly because they lacked the skills and possible resources to feel secure. When fear is in abundance (worse, if it is suppressed), it alters the nervous systems and brains, of everyone in the family. Not to mention how we get confronted with fear, in our society. But, we can remove ourselves from others on the outside...not so in families! I hear many people including myself say, how depressed they get this time of year. Maybe, we simply do not have the energy needed to promote this supposedly celebratory time. (I did get back on my anti-depressant for 3 weeks.) For a lot of us, maybe it does bring back our child hood when we found out what hurt and disappointment really felt like. And we have been building on that ever since...in my case over 70 yrs(since I was 8-9). I usually dream of being transported to a warm happy place, every Christmas Season! So far, there has been no ‘transporting!’ Now, I am beginning to see that we might as well love being ‘stuck’ in this time and place...we can get through about 6 weeks of it and then get back to a more normal HAPPY life! Ha ha... Out of this depressed state, I did find one thing that has inspired me...I am getting two bee hives! It will help support the bee population and I will love having them around! I will make myself happy! So be happy, you(we) are not our history, we are LIFE pushing forward for something good! Take care of yourself, and all the rest will take care of it’s self (somehow). 🤗

Back in Ga it was frequently rainy and or cloudy, so I rarely saw the sky! My depression was in full swing most all winters! Now it is only during this holiday season! Now your ‘world’ could end if you are not willing to feed your spirit and your body! But, nobody has been lost, because their living quarters were not ‘spic’ (or totally refreshed). In fact people have been surviving in dirty situations that boggle the mind (at least my mind, lol). I once thought spotless was a great thing, now I am pretty satisfied in ‘clean dust, and disorder!’ Must be ok, as I am rarely sick (no colds, infections and one flu, in 15 yrs). I would get some magazines and books that have lots of pictures in them and read only the captions. Don’t try and cram your brain, with serious matter...your brain needs a break! I would not lie down any more than I need to, because if you are sitting upright you can better control your thinking. Let your mind wonder ‘into nothing,’ as much as possible...you will not loose anything, in fact you are more apt to get clearer about things! Eat plenty of chicken soup or vegetable/chicken broth soup. A multi vitamin supplement could help, too. Best of luck and love where you are now...those other places will be waiting for you, when you are well again. 🤗

This is ‘civil rights abuse,’ any way you slice it! And now they are giving false dates for immigrates and declining their apps when there is no middle name, even if the person has no middle name! I wonder how the border workers can follow orders against their own morals...since the majority of workers are Christians? I guess when they find their own soul twisted and greatly damaged, they will realize the cost they paid to earn a living!
