So I must pay more attention myself. Also, one hour continuous exercise each day is necessary to help the brain. It can be just brisk walking. Our food intake and the exercise effect the brain, and here in winter we are not as active. If you cannot get a handle on your depression and suicidal thoughts...just consult your general doctor and they should be able to prescribe an anti-depressant. Or they can send you to a psychiatrist who can diagnose your problem and prescribe a medication (it might take more than one try on the medication). You are not a failure... There is help out there and you deserve to find it.
