Well...that is interesting, I think that most people have ‘broken’ places...some just don’t know it! I found a new friend here that was telling me a horrid story of her childhood and when I said to her afterwards, that was abuse, she said that she did not realize that it was abuse! (If your stepfather tries to kill you at 16 yrs old, that is child abuse.) So back to your ‘concept’ ...when two people come together they need to have some understanding and compassion for one another, regardless of what and how many issues they might be plagued with! If not, it can’t work... there must be some understanding! I know that we must accept ourselves as we are...but people are not completely broken or they would be housed in a hospital setting. Plus, we can learn to heal our broken places a little at a time. If you want to look for a partner, then it seems to me that your aim should be to find a person who cares about your well-being and has at least a general understanding of what issues you are faced with...and that needs to work both ways! I can’t see why THAT wouldn’t work? Each and everyone of us has some kind of issues, but we keep working through them, and it is my belief that if a person has a relationship with a any person...they need to be able to understand each partner’s personality for it to work well. Otherwise people can get hurt!

Wishing want stop anxiety! You know that!😊. You must develop ‘actions’ that redirect your feelings to support you, instead of knocking your feet out from under you! If you do this it will rewire your brain...to better to serve you. What is in there now, needs some work! I know this because I have had to do the work, to gain a stable feeling. And a large part of my depression was connected to my anxiety. You have every right to be ‘who you are,’ and not who others try and force upon you. Learn to be ok with embarrassment, when you must do something that you hate having to do, but must be done anyway...knowing that someone or more people will ‘judge’ you. Just give your actions your best shot and don’t worry yourself about how other people are going to feel about it! They are always going to do two things...push back or comply, when you want something or need something. Sometimes you succeed, and sometimes you fail. That is just the way things go...even if we didn’t have anxiety! And, learn to breathe deeply when you start to have anxiety...anxiety is coming from fear and we tend to hold out breath when we are fearful. This limits the oxygen that the brain needs, when we really need it most...so we can figure out what to do about our fear! Run or sit still! When I had to take algebra in college, I went to class every morning, with anxiety so bad that I was nauseous! But I never missed a class! And after nearly failing the first semester, I took a class that taught me how to relax before I went to class and to visualize myself getting the answers. The last semester I got an A- up from a C- So actions not wishes is what will start you on the road to holding your own, where anxiety is concerned. Do your own research and practice, practice! May take a while, but sooner or later! You can do this... good luck!

I think that professional help would be beneficial...on an on-going basis. And temporary (if not long term) meds could help! You just need to find what works for your particular brain malfunction. But, if you are not stationary...therapy cannot be consistent, which could help you better. If I were in your place right now, I would tackle that ‘alone,’ thing up front! In reality, you(me), we are not alone. There are family, friends and perfect strangers, loving us or seeing us...and they would fix us, if they only could! Does your pain come from feeling alone or does it come from the ‘loneliness of the soul?’ The ladder says...that I must crave out a life for myself and ...which way should I go, and what actions must I take? Plus...there is no guide, unless you can afford to hire one! So...we really are on our own and somewhat in the dark! In the event that you hired a guide, you would soon tire of all the instructions and soon tire of your ‘joined at the hip’ guide...that YOU hired! This is human nature! So, take up your own council...and find a therapist that can help you find your own ‘inner’ guide? Because, the painful ‘loneliness of soul’...can only be solved when you realize that you have the right to be loved, reconized and your particular gifts are worth having in the world! Charles, You certainly explained your situation well. My first thought is that you are not expected to know everything, especially at this age! I was still in a learning stage at your age (and I already had 5 children, that should give a person anxiety). First off, if the medication that you took worked well, why not get back on it? Then you still need to get more caring toward your physical well being. Back at your age I needed lots of physical movement and even today I must get at least a solid non-stop, couple of hours of physical activity, each day! That really makes a difference with sleep. My guess is, some of your problem may be lack of sleep, that always creates a problem for me and others that I have observed. The research says to make bedtime the same time every night. Get some sun in your eyes (with them closed) in the early morning. This sets your circadian rhythm (our wake and sleep cycle). At least one hour before bedtime stop looking at tv, phones, I-pads etc! These devices have lights that interfere with light to the brain that tells us, it is our sleep cycle. Reading a book is ok. And, something that is also helpful for getting things ‘out of you,’ is to keep a journal. This helps in two ways, first you see those things from another angle, as you jot them down. Second, when our mind is trying to solve a problem we want to remember all the details, so we get hyper alert (in the brain), this is a drain, as no one can remember everything and when we are young we aren’t wise enough to know which parts are really, really important and which ones can just sit to the side until we need them! Stay away from drugs and alcohol...that is if you want to work with your natural emotions and nervous system. Trying to adjust yourself to cope with an altered emotion or nervous system, will only make you ‘crazy!’ I am not expert here, but I have many friends and family members that I have watched over many years, struggle with these issues! Later in life when they started to see their coping skills were sorely lacking, they wanted to change and they faced a greater hurdle. And never underestimate the power of nature, get out in it...on a regular basis! And, lesson the pressure on yourself ‘to do,’ and just ‘be!’ Work to ‘be’...what will give you a sense of your personal satisfaction, not a glorified artificial creation. Because, we are all a creation of our own making! And..,it is best to ‘like’ what we have created! Best of luck and keep doing...😘 correction...’being!’ I meant to indicate to keep doing what you are doing..but you are a human-‘being!’

If you notice, trump always ‘bends a knee’ toward this personality (mean men)! There is something in his personality that connects to these people...the problem is that he has the responsibility of this Country, and he has no concept apparently, on how a Country is really supposed to function! Probably ‘all of the above!’ There is desperation in his efforts and if my information is correct trump really was under audit (which had to be some big question mark about his taxes). Per; information from former IRS, and friend still there in that department.

He has said all along he doesn't want to win.
