I once was in a lunch line behind a gal, where I was taking a jewelry class and I notice that her accent sounded similar to Australians that I knew. And, when I ask if she was from there, she snapped back at me...no I am from South Africa! She preceded to admonish me about all English sounding accents, being different and don’t assume, etc! I have two suggestions that you might try. Add a magnesium supplement to your vitamin/mineral daily supplement. (Try Turmeric Curcumin, another supplement, found at Wal-Mart, for inflammation.). Second, if you can get some Physical Therapy that could help, if not...going to the fitness Ctr and working through the different ‘weight machines’ will build up muscle strength. Ofcourse you must start off slow. This is important if we have an injury because it helps to keep our nerves from being pinched. A bruised nerve is very painful and takes a while to recover. Don’t put so much pressure on yourself especially when you are in distress...it adds tension to the spinal column and that adds to your pain. My best, and keep ‘heart,’ until it clears up...
