And they may be like me at the beginning..,I had a lot of anxiety that played itself out in my responses to people. After I got my bearings I calmed down. Most people may have similar experience. (Like a learning curve,) But, you seem to have a lot of personal stressors at the moment! The bottom line is, some appointments will need to be canceled, unless they are life threatening! It will work out fine! It simply appears that many things have come into play all at the same time! Just do what is possible and catch up with others later! It will be fine! Your brain is in overload and will not be at it’s best...more pressure want make it function better...just try to focus on what is the most important and go from there! Best of luck...

If you have a local library, go there and read books on depression (which is a brain problem). They also have lectures, called The Great Courses...they have great research material. You would need ear phones and a DVD player! The library is safe and people are calm there! Believe me, sometimes just the calmness is helpful! And don’t forget to walk at least 30 mins straight, everyday! And practice deep breathing often, because when we are stressed we breathe shallow...kinda like holding our breath out of fear of some sort! My best to you...I have surely been where you are!

Well I never made the complete trek...and had to keep stopping to get that far.
