Still rockin after all these years...

Sunday night dinner - some frozen Alaska Sockeye Salmon grilled on my stovetop griddle with the end of last summer's frozen beans out of my deep freezer along with my homemade Rhubarb wine... not too shabby!

BBQ spare ribs, potato salad, and coleslaw for the official start of summer... what's not to like?Homemade all the way. Slow cooked ribs in beer 4 hours then roasted 15 minutes at 400 F in the oven with my homemade BBQ sauce...

I am glad that Wasilla banned plastic grocery bags... but what do you do with all of the paper sacks that you saved? I put them down in my garden and cover with mulch for weed control. This is my Gooseberry bed.

Who else Installed an 8 track tape deck and rear speakers?

Veggie seedlings in my greenhouse with a space heater at night. Still too cold to plant outside. It was 32 at my house last Tuesday night.

Waiting in my fridge at home when I get off my night shift at work... A deep red ale showcasing a malty balance with a light hop profile.

Baked eggs in tomatoes on Avocado toast... for Sunday brunch. Not too shabby.
