I live in Wilmington, NC and almost a year ago Hurricane Florence just wiped a lot of people out ( me as well ) . Then the Vultures showed up in the form of fewer houses/apartments and in many cases the doubling of rents .

Sometimes I miss having that energetic body that could run up three flights of stairs, climb trees ...
