Garf replies on Oct 25, 2020:
I have experienced wrong lyrics, when I was in high school a guy I knew was singing bon Jovi's "bad medicine" and instead of singing " that's what you get for falling in love" He would sing "that's what you get for screwing a dog" He was dead serious to, I think he had a couple of sheep loose in the top paddock.

@MichelleGar1 i was just joking, but I think you already know that, but in all seriousness, you do have to watch out here, especially since it's warming up, so have to keep an eye out for snakes, I had two snakes at my work last year, one of the snakes slivered right between a lady's legs when she was sitting on a bench at work, and it swam straight across the pool, it didn't bite her but scared the crap out of her. The other snake couldn't get out of the pool and a child was heading straight for it, I had to yell at the kid to turn around while I get a net to catch it, the kid was fine.

@Rossy92 no I'm not pulling your leg. When I was first getting into metal music I was extremely arrogant, I would listen to one main band (Metallica) and have a few side interests, such as Sepultura and Megadeth, and I liked Morbid Angel, and hear other stuff on Rage, but in saying that I would dismiss just about every other band or style and pretend I didn't like the stuff I listened to because I was still influenced by religion. It took me many years to get over what I was taught by religion, and it was only in the last 2 and a bit years ago I was able to free my mind from all the bullshit brainwashing. I'm making up for listening to different styles and bands now, and I will listen to anything without restriction, except techno music, I can't stand techno. Thanks for posting the song.

It's funny how our memories go eh? Thing I hate about remembering something is when I can only recall a small fragment of the whole thing and I know there is more to the memory, but just can't seem to remember it. It's weird.

@MichelleGar1 , I hope so to. Your right about so much to do so little time, I want to experience heaps of bands/artists, not all of them metal either, some of them are strange and weird, for example here is an artist I reckon I'd like to see just because her music is just so unusual. I've also found people don't really know what to think after hearing this song. It took me about 4-5 listens just to absorb it, and I'm still not shure what to think, but I like it..... https://youtu.be/XwsJlUdklmk

Pretty voice....but the song never seems to really get going...it’s like a very long intro...maybe that is the whole point of using the foetus, illustrating that it’s pre-birth and only a promise of something to come.

I didn't know Dave actually sang while he was in Metallica. I know he wrote and co-wrote songs. Personally I like Megadeth better than Metallica
Garf replies on Oct 8, 2020:
@TheGreatShadow, I'll have to check out some kind of monster. I knew James had drinking problems and Dave had his drug problems, and ever since Dave was kicked out of Metallica, he seemed pissed at James and Lars but I think he has let that go since his cancer diagnosis. I agree that I think Dave is a better musician than James or Kirk, I think Dave wipes the table with them. That sucks you didn't get the tape, it would of been interesting to hear.
