Born and raised an Athiest in small Christian community.

For some unknown reason my mother “saw the light” when she was a teenager and parted ways with her family, all of which were devout Christians. I am so thankful to her for her strength and ability to be true to herself even if it meant walking away from family, friends and community. I truly believe that because of this I am a strong, proud independent realist - full of good values, kindness, patience and love; but most importantly, I have a mind of my own.
