According to the label - only 50 calories & 6 grams of carbs in this stuff (unlike real milk which was something like 150 calories & 40 grams of carbs).... so hopefully I will get use to the taste of this.

It's not fake! Milk is anything that's derived from a given source, and nut and.plant mlks are better for you anyway. All I buy is either almond or soymilk usually. It's especially great in coffee and cereal!

If you can find it Hemp milk is a good alternative, but pretty pricey. Beats cow juice in my opinion.
