I have my granddaughter visiting tonight, she's almost 2.5 years old. We went for a walk and she was fascinated by the flowering trees. So I got her up close and personal with them, and she plucked a petal off a flower. She was fascinated by it! It is so cool to watch them learn.

Tired, not enough sleep last night, woke up too early. Granddaughter will be spending the evening with me so I'm happy. There is nothing more amusing than a 2 year old you can hop up on sugar and send home to her parents... I won't do that to them. We will have a good time though.

I was lonelier married than I ever have been single. When I was married towards the end I was lonely because he made other things his priority and we had no intimacy or connection. He didn't care about my feelings or needs. When I told him I was depressed he told me he didn't want to hear about it because it was so depressing. Seriously, that was his reply. Like it is catching. So, I found other friends, other activities and my own life. And I found I like peaceful solitude and no unwelcome visitors. I'm alone most of the time, but far less lonely.

Not even food is safe from religiosity.

I would say, and do say love is an action verb, it is a decision every day to act in a loving manner. Yes it is an emotion that arises from the oxytocin created by the action/attraction. When they first handed me my first daughter I did not feel very loving towards that twerp, it was not an easy birth. But the act of caring for her, skin to skin contact,and time created the bond between us.

I don't have an opportunity to meet many single men in my day to day life, so online is the only way to meet someone. What are ya gonna do? However, I've mostly given up, I'm resigned that I am Ms Right for me, gotta be. I think that most people are the same way, there are just not places or time for singles to hang out, especially once you're out of colllege/High school. I'm so far out of those, and don't go to church, so no options to really meet people.

I called a plumber before I went to work, and then I got a call that they would be here in the afternoon. So I took off from work early not knowing if I'd meet them on time or have to wait, and I timed it about perfect. So the problems are fixed, and I'm further in the red. However, spent some time on the phone fixing that. After two nights of poor sleep I'm hoping for a good night tonight. And I have just remembered I have to run to the library to pick up some books that the hold will expire tonight if I don't. No rest, I'm telling ya.

I pretty much liken the KKK to Muslim Terrorists. The biggest difference I see is the KKK went after blacks, and the Muslims are coming after whites. Both have terribly flawed ideology. I think moderation is the key, present your ideas in a calm, rational manner and people will be more open to your ideas. Be open to discussion. Frankly I see Drumpf as a more direct threat to the US than the Muslim terrorists ever were.
