Were you diagnosed by a doctor to see if it was truly the flu or just a bad cold? 4 days seems really quick. I got a flu shot this year because I am exposed to babies and toddlers in germ pools. I mean Day Care. Sooo to protect me and them, I got the shot. Some years I skipped it because I was not directly exposed to massive germ factories. Then one of my coworkers brought her germ factory (child in day care) into the office, just for a minute. That was all it took. I was afraid I'd die and then afraid I wouldn't die fast enough.

I'm feeling a bit <not sure what the proper term is here>.

This is not actually the last picture taken with my phone, but the last one to remain on the phone. I've been taking pictures of stuff to sell on eBay, those are all edited and filed elsewhere. One of the last snowstorms we had was fairly wet snow, and as it melted and refroze it slid down the railing on the stairs to my deck. I thought it was an interesting flourish done by mother nature.

God I miss cuddles.. sometimes the best part of sex..

Long ago when I was first single, OKC had a group chat type of feature which was kinda cool. Also if you answered all the stupid questions you got to propose your own questions. They had some other tests that supposedly helped predict who you would match with better. They did away with those after a couple of years. I've had profiles on OKC, POF, and a few others. I'm not good about keeping track of user names and logins, so after I'd be away for a while I'd just go back with a new email and create a new profile.

I stopped eating sugar several months ago, and foods that contain sugar. I eat whole grain bread when I have bread. At my last check up I was no longer pre-diabetic. I'm glad to have dodged that bullet, and it looks like I may have dodged this one as well.
