When you're going through hell, keep going! Yesterday I started a new quilt for my granddaughter, it will be rainbow stripes. Granddaughter will be two at Christmas. It might be done by then, but I'm thinking not. I also deal with anxiety on a very regular basis. I find meditation helps, and there is an app for your phone that can guide you in meditation. My oldest daughter's psychiatrist and therapist recommended it. It is called Calm. It is free for the first 7 days. When it use it regularly it does help. 420 also helps, but as I am unemployed at them moment and likely to be looking for work in the not too distant future I hesitate to use as the possibility of being tested exists.

There is nothing on the list that I haven't eaten before. There are many items on the list I will choose NOT to eat now for a variety of reasons. I no longer routinely eat meat, or anything high in sugar like ketchup and Nutella. I avoid foods that have ingredients I can't pronounce, except for Quinoa. I'm not a picky eater, just selective.

There is just me and the kitties here, and though I think the kitties would eat some of it if I let them (one of the cats has absconded with a peanut butter sandwich so she is not a picky eater) I'm not sure they would eat much of it, or if they should eat much of it. In real estate the 3 most important items are location, location, and location. If your credit is good and you can get a loan, home ownership is usually cheaper than renting. However, you are responsible for all the repairs/replacements. And when you own you can't simply break the lease and move out. There are some good online resouces about home ownership that will help you make that decision. I am a home owner, I'm also 60 and have owned many houses and rented a few apartments. For me, more space for less money was a consideration.
