That will be awesome if it works, however that does take the health departments out of the picture. Right now results go to the county health departments. They follow up to let folks know if they have to isolate or quarantine, and follow up with them for the duration. That is important for tracking the disease. If you are expected to "self report," I don't see that having a good outcome.

I wear my mask anytime I am around strangers. I was in JoAnn Fabrics yesterday and told the lady at the cutting counter to please pull her mask back up to where it belongs. She complied, but the mask did not appear to fit correctly and kept slipping down. Damn, it is a fabric store, surely they have the supplies to fit the masks. Tomorrow I will be taking a quilt top to the shop to be quilted. I will wear my mask there as well, even though they don't wear masks. If I had better options I wouldn't go there, but now is not the time to invest in a long arm quilting machine.

I have been working on a social experiment it is just an fun type of exercise.

The last time I went shopping I think I spoke with three people, and all were store employees. Especially now I am looking to get my stuff and get the heck out of the store. I will grant that in the first store there were not many men and they were usually firmly attached to other women, it was JoAnn Fabrics. The second store was a grocery store, I know there were other shoppers, couldn't tell you anything about them.

What warning would your pet carry? Mine would be "May cause Cat paralysis" ....

On top of all the Covid crap, I am now unemployed. So there is an additional stressor. So far I'm OK. I am keeping busy and taking care of stuff I didn't have time for when I was working. It is a HUGE relief to be out of that office. Seriously, after I was fired and I got to my car I realized the major emotion was relief. That office was hugely toxic. I have a few leads on jobs, but for right now I'm just decompressing and tackling the stuff around my house that needs to be done. I am taking a class from Coursera on Contact Tracking, seems that is going to be an in demand job for a few months.
