I wasn't born into atheism, but was very fortunate to have been born into (true, Feynmanesque, asymptotic) skepticism. My dad was a doctor, my mother a nurse....both had relinquished their more strict religious upbringings for an extremely liberal form of Methodism.....and both were brilliant and scientifically oriented...and they wonderfully taught myself and my five sisters to QUESTION EVERYTHING!!
