I was in that situation and the daily disrespect I was shown made me leave. We managed, but it was a tough 15 years. Looking back I probably wouldn't have changed a thing. Autistic daughter turned out to be a joy but only because of a lot of work on both my x-wife's and my part.

How did they pass the Joint Commission inspection without being N95 fit tested? Using a PAPR or CAPR are basic medical skills. Most of the nurses I work with are top notch, I'd Fucking hate to work with these nitwits! Saying all that passionately, I will admit the transmission rate seems high like the norovirus or c-diff. ICU nurses are very familiar with working with patients on precautions. These two are treating it like it's a special skill set. SMH
