I've been an atheist now for 8 to 9 years. Both, my paternal and maternal grandfather's were preachers. So, in my early 20s I decided to be one, also. However as I was researching religion and biblical scholars, I was exposed to The Atheist Experience with Matt Dillahunty and the others. This lead to a rapid shift to atheism. And I've been one ever since.
