I have become a living barometer. Osteoarthritis in my feet, hip and back has been quiet throughout our warm summer. This morning we dipped below 50' and even though today and tomorrow are later sunny and warm, rain and cooler temps are moving in, and I was limping and hurting all day. This sucks.

apparently turmeric is good for arthiritis. I grate some turmeric and ginger, add a spoonful of honey, a splash of apple cider vinegar, black pepper and cinnamon. It seems to help. I do this every day.
