Yes it is. I live in Canberra, the Capital and we have only one active covid case and they are in quarantine, so nothing to worry about there. Just about everything is normal, except we have travel restrictions both overseas and in the country as some states have active covid in the community but not so it overwhelms us. You take care.

Only if someone objects to it while there are children around. His contempt came when the judge told him not to do it with people around and he would not listen.
