I am off on a cruise on the 25th. From Sydney to PNG, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Hong Kong, and Singapore and then we are flying to the Philippines. Two months all together. Now what shall I pack?

We are now at emergency level for the bush fires. The army personnel are knocking on peoples doors in the southern suburbs warning them to be prepared to evacuate. I am house/dog sitting my son's dog in the northern suburbs.

I did some volunteering yesterday for the Red Nose. It is for children dying during pregnancy or very young. I was in a ticket office at a venue. The people were lovely and they fed us too, which was a bonus. I had not expected it.

I red this in a health & wellbeing paper. If you cannot sleep, drink banana-peel tea. Boil half a peeled of a washed banana in a saucepan for 10 minutes, allow tp cool and drink up. I have not tried it yet.
