Yes, potatoes were fried in garlic and butter and so was the seafood mixture. The salad is; new/small potatoes boiled, eggs cooked, bacon fried and the dressing is olive oil, red wine vinegar and dijon mustard with baby spinach leafs. All very easy to make and ever so delicious.

Lunch. Smoked salmon, seafood marinara, fried potatoes and salad. Heaven.
