I have done some travelling in the Phillipines and noticed that people have very bad diets. Once upon a time it was vegetable based with a very small amount of meat or fish while now it is almost no vegetables at all. Pork seem to be king there. People also eat an incredible amount of McDonalds, and other fast food. It is much of a status symbol to be able to buy fast food.

I cannot imagine how it would be for doctors. My friend who is a doctor in Canberra, Australia says that not only do they have to battle the virus but they have a big increase in suicide cases. People are taking their lives because they cannot cope with any of it, especially not having money to pay rent, mortgage, food, etc, etc, even though that in Australia we do have welfare payments.

I'm going stir crazy stuck at home for 3 weeks albeit I go outside safely almost everyday.
