@ToolGuy This is what I drink every day. About a 1/4 of teaspoon of shaved fresh ginger. -"- -"- -"- -"- of shaved fresh turmeric. A splash of apple cider vinegar. A large pinch of cinnamon. Freshly ground pepper. Half a teaspoon of honey and water, in a small glass. All of this is good for inflammation. I have found a great improvement in my joints and general well being. I keep the ginger and turmeric in the freezer and shave a bit of it with a knife every day. I hope you try it for at least two weeks and see how you go. Good luck.
