I am not nice online. I don't care if you don't like that either. Don't message me to tell me that you dislike anything about me. I don't care if you don't like me, just move a. Don't give me unsolicited advice, especially about how to attract more partners. Don't compliment me on my appearance. Don't criticize me on my appearance either. In fact, don't talk about my appearance at all.

Frankly, if you haven't read my website and my blog and you don't interact with me on social media, I really don't care what you think about me, good or bad. Look me up online and lurk for a while before talking to me, to make sure you really want to engage with me. Because I am not forgiving of missteps.

If you want to contact me, put something of substance in your message. No compliments, no one-liners, no form letters. Something that shows that you read the profile, you can follow instruction, and you actually care about who I am as a person enough to learn something about me. Bad messages will be mocked mercilessly online.

I'm also a feminist and SJW. This is also non-negotiable. And, again, I don't care if you don't like it. If you are on the wrong side of GamerGate and ElevatorGate, just move a and don't contact me at all.

I am a social partner dancer. I do ballroom, Latin, and swing dancing. I was at one time a Bollywood dancer. If you really want to impress me, either be a dancer, or be legitimately interested enough in dancing to start taking lessons. I don't care how good someone is at dancing or how experienced they are, it's the interest in dancing and the willingness to make a commitment that I care about. I am interested in dancing partners even without a romantic relationship. I am also interested in watching-dance-TV-shows partners - people who share my love of watching partner dancing even if they can't dance themselves.

I am also childfree-by-choice. I do not have children, I do not want children, and I do not want to become a step-parent. I like furbabies. If your kids are grown, or otherwise don't need another parent, that's OK, but I am particularly interested in other childfree people.
