I was born and reared, fundamentalist Baptist, in the BUCKLE of the Bible Belt, West Tennessee. My father was the Minister of Music. I 'lived' in the church. It's where I practiced music.

After college graduation, I won a soloist position in the United States Navy Band, DC where I was a soloist for decades. Sometimes for Presidents etc.

I was married and have 4 wonderful kids, now in their 20s. I have lots of stories. Just ask.
