I was born Liberal, American and gay, in no particular order. I was born into a protestant family,,evangelical and southern baptist. In my youth i rejected both. I joined a Unitarian Universalist congragation, where we raised our children . At my birth in Tulsa, my parents were visiting my maternal grandparents, I suppose for my arrival. We returned to our home in LosAngeles. Eventually I graduated HS, and from the University. I met my wife Jani there, and we had two children. Jani died in 2010. My daughter was a nurse. She had two sons. Unfortunately, she committed suicide at 50, and is gone. My son is a teacher, and has three daughters. Both of my parents are gone too. I am the family elder. I live alone in relative isolation, amid a thrivivg metropolus. I see the circle of life turning, and wonder what surprises my grandchildren face ahead, in their futures.
