What are your favorite James Bond movies?
LenHazell53 comments on Jul 5, 2018:
Live and Let Die closely followed by Gold Finger. Though I will say Timothy Dalton was the closest portrayal to the Bond of the novels, he just had some of the worst scripts. The worst (canon) Bond film ever was Moonraker.
The roots leading to and the founding of the United States of America are riddled with inaccuracies ...

History of the world is the biography of the great man... A great man always act like a thunder. He storms the skies, while others are waiting to be stormed. Thomas Carlyle History is written by the victors - Winston Churchill (a drunk) History is more or less bunk - Henry Ford (a fascist) History, with all her volumes vast, hath but one page -Lord Byron (a drug addled murderer) History teaches us that unity is strength, -Haile Selassie ( a man who thought he was god) history of humanity has been a continuing struggle against temptation and tyranny - JFK (Drug addict, serial womanizer, Marilyn Monroe fan and drunk) A small body of determined spirits fired by an unquenchable faith in their mission can alter the course of history. - Mahatma Gandhi Mahatma Gandhi, one anorexic loony in a nappy and we lost the whole bloody empire - Margaret Thatcher (attributed)

LenHazell53 comments on Jul 4, 2018:
Most versions say foreigner or stranger, the common English translation says immigrant alien in its original sense also means foreigner so it is an equally good if equally inaccurate translation. In reality the word used in Hebrew is Ger the root word of the modern Hebrew term Goy or Goyim, a derogatory term for a none Israelite and even more so back then. So while having good intent it is still racist. Is is the equivalent of of some one today saying, hey be nice to the (N word) not his fault he is not white.
So I have come to the conclusion that everyone who is religious is nuts as fuck.

It will be just as effective and just as pointless.

In May of last year he was beaten publicly with a baseball bat by a 19 year old girl who objected to being told she was a whore and deserved to be raped, and he did not get the message that exercising your freedom of speech does have consequences, so in a country like the USA where carrying a gun is legal, I suppose he thanks his wretched god that it was ***only*** a base ball bat that some one used on the back of his head.

Do you believe that Joseph Smith and the early Mormons, who were Masons, stole the temple ceremony ...
LenHazell53 comments on Jul 2, 2018:
Don't have to believe it, we know they did. When John C Bennett was excommunicated from the church and drive out of Nauvoo at gun point by Brigham Young, he wrote a number of exposés about the church including the fact that he sold the masonic ritual to Smith in order for him to set up the Rising Sun lodge in Nauvoo and proclaim himself Heliophant. The reason Bennett was in the USA was that the The Rectified Scottish Rite, also known as Order of Knights Beneficent of the Holy City, of freemasonry had placed a death sentence on him in Europe for selling their secrets their too. Smith's father, brothers, Uncle and other family member were all masons but belong to the lass esoteric branch known as the Scottish Rite and the York Rite was home to Sidney Rigdon and a few others. What is more extraordinary is that the temple ordinances were supposed to eternal rites, passed down from the time of Eden, perfect and unchangeable, except for the changes made in 1842, and 1843, which corrected early misinterpretations and so restored the perfect form as intended by God. Except for the the mistakes rectified in 1877 and 1893, and those in 1904, 1906, 1919, 1923, 1927 and 1936. allowing the Endowments to be given in languages other than English began in 1945 but absolutely no further changes were made.... until 1960, and 1975 and 1978, but that was it for definite, it was the perfect god given ritual, that was never to be deviated from ever again .... Until seven major changes were made in the 1990s leading to a mass apostasy of those who felt this shit was getting beyond a joke. Further changes did happen in 2005 and 2008 but that is it, definitely, no more ever, it is the perfect ceremony now, with no touchy feely stuff, no nudity, death threats and blood oaths or the promise to kill the murderers of Joseph smith if you ever happen to come across them. JUST good wholesome covenants with god, in silly bakers suits, with green aprons and weird handshakes. What more is wanted?

LenHazell53 comments on Jul 1, 2018:
The message was getting through to a lot of active members until 2 years ago the SSC threw the desperate ones a life line (one made of razor wire, but a life line nonetheless) A new edition of the Pearl of Great Price was published, in which the introduction to the BOA was rewritten, now claiming that Holy Joe did NOT directly translate the book of Abraham from the papyri, but made an *INSPIRED* translation, simply using the Egyptian funeral texts to channel the book. This is of course a lie. The church even has Joseph'smyth's translation lexicon, written by himself while translating and giving the meaning of each individual hieroglyph (some of which translate to a whole paragraph of bad English). But this is now the official line of the church. It has even been rumoured lately that the POGP is actually going the same way as the journal of discourses, it being so embarrassing, it is being used and referred to less and less in preparation for it's removal from the standard works in the next few years and relegation to historical curiosity.

Why do people have such a huge problem w/ Sam Harris and Jordan Peterson?
LenHazell53 comments on Jun 30, 2018:
I have no problem with Sam Harris. Jordon Peterson on the other hand is an opportunist rhetorician, an incincere peddler of right wing ideology in the usual camouflage of a practitioner of intellectual gamesmanship and a hypocrite. The longer he continues in the public eye the more he shows his true colours but the less he cares; as his ever expanding patreon account lays testament to the public opinion of his bunko booth side show barkers cacophony of populist and pop psychology, as simply entertaining profitable waffle and less about the relevancy of his self opinionated verbosity's efficaciousness in the real world.

Truth is one of those woolly words, it should be clear what it means but it never is. Truth all which is true **The** Truth an ideological stand point dependent on the contextual ideology. **A** truth something that fits with activity being performed, that might not be necessarily true in different circumstances. **My or Your** Truth something taken by individual on faith. **Factual Truth** a semantic redundancy that implies some facts are more true than others I prefer the words facts, axioms, actualities, fundamentals or principles.

Should we genetically modify our species?
LenHazell53 comments on Jun 27, 2018:
NO. "Modification" either means to improve or control, in either case it is a totally subjective decision made by and subject to an opinion. Our genetic make up is the result of millions of years of evolution with no aim other than the continued objective aim of survival of the species. To think we could interfere with that, other than to cure genetic faults and diseases on a specific case by case basis, is the height of arrogance and dangerous stupidity. If you cannot see the potential dangers of mass genetic engineering you have no imagination.
What made America great?
LenHazell53 comments on Jun 27, 2018:
It is typical trait of nationalism to call back to a "Golden age" that either never existed at all (The court of Camelot)or a gross inaccurate exaggeration through "Rose Tinted Glasses" of an actual era (Victorian Values and Morality) Every state in the USA seems to have their own version of this, so a vague statement like "Make America Great Again" can basically mean whatever the listener wants it to mean, with all those around them agreeing vehemently while having no idea what is actually going on in the other person's head and what they are in agreement with..

When you want something controversial done that might harm your reputation you do the following PRODUCE a problem (real or fictitious it does not matter) PROVOKE a (knee Jerk) reaction (out of anger or preferably Fear) PROVIDE a solution (which of course was your actual original intent all along) It is a variation on oneupmanship, having your potential opponent do your dirty work for you and let them think it was their idea and you are just doing your job. Ignorance, fear and panic are the tools of the despot, the tyrant does not oppress unless he is asked to do do it, the trick is to make oppression seem like the preferable option. To convince the people the golden cage is there to keep THEM out, not to keep YOU in.

Such fear and hate in this world.

Sheer bigotry So much for a God of love, and following a Christ like life. Oh wait Jesus did say hate your own family, didn't he, so NOT hating her does put you in the wrong. Fuck, godbotherers are full of shit.
Loved Blade! Vampire Effect with Jackie Chan was really cool!

Aliens: Are we alone?
LenHazell53 comments on Jun 19, 2018:
Simply seeking extra terrestrial life is to limiting in the search for aliens. Quantum theory would suggest at least extra dimensional life is almost an inevitability, life on other frequencies outside of the range of human perception is another possibility even alternate hominids that have simply decided to stay away from the dangerous monkeys with their bombs and pollution and stupid religions.

Religious Homosexuals
LenHazell53 comments on Jun 18, 2018:
I have never understood this either, why would you fight so hard for acceptance in to an organisation that hates who and what you are, claims you are a crime against nature and twice in its own sacred texts condemns you to painful inhumane execution. In another group I previously belonged to, I was on speaking terms with a well known human rights and LBGTQ activist, who was knocking himself stupid to get back in to the LDS church, who had excommunicated him for his Homosexuality. I kept asking him why and he kept saying because he WAS A MORMON, a denomination that by definition despises gays people as one of their major selling points. I know about cognitive dissonance by some people abuse the privilege.
If it was proven (somehow through science, obviously) that either Christianity or Buddism was the ...

Even if Christianity were proven to be true in so far as it was all real and accurate in its tenets it would make it no less disgusting and evil and I could not in good conscience subscribe to it. I'm not sure how you would prove Buddhism was the 'real deal', since it is largely an ideology, with a few aspects and elements that do have a few supernatural elements, but they are in no way at its core.
You know what is a really underrated gem from the 70's?
LenHazell53 comments on Jun 18, 2018:
It was a good enough attempt to allow the Rocky Horror Picture Show and Tommy to get a release and become the cult films of the next year. Their success is why Phantom is largely forgotten plus the fact that putting Jessica Harper in a musical lead seems to be the kiss of death to a film (Shock Treatment anyone?)
I cannot get the "children ripped from their parents" thing out of my mind.

These "holding pen" have been known about for three years, built in part in old closed down walmarts. The agenda 21 conspiracy "nuts" claimed they would be used for the control of the populous before mass exterminations of imprisonments. Trumpus maximus did not need to build these things they were already there, probably as part of FEMA? This seems to be a test run to see how they hold up, but be aware they are not just on on the Mexican Boarder they are all over the USA. www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Walmart+detention+centres

I am a self identified Yeti and I find this whole "joke" offensive as for many years the term abominable snowman has been used as a derogatory term for my kind. I have called the police and informed them of your hate crime. YOU HOMONIDOPHOBE!!!!!!!
