Apparently he was trying to stall off collections until the end of this month so he could dump the 90% of stock holdings he has in the Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation that was supposed to purchase his collapsing "Truth Social" scam. When he formed the SPAC he only sold 10% of the available shares starting at $10 a share and was looking at a windfall after the 26th of March when he could start selling the rest and dump Truth Social on the SPAC then splitting with the cash leaving the whole mess to collapse. He was feeling so much pressure that he was bulling the other share holders to allow him to sell the shares early which would have collapsed the stock price from the $41 a share now to lower than the original issue share price of $10... So now the other sareholders are suing him and have an injunction blocking him from selling... My guess is the way he runs things that SPAC has less than $300 million in cash reserves and the whole mess is going to blow up in his face very soon...
