Whatever works to kill stress works I say. I have been trying to get my refi done on my home so I can get the new dual pane windows paid off by adding them into my house payment and that has been stressful for me but I just got the news today the house I bought for 245K less than three years ago now appraises for 300K so the loan can go through. Since the interest rate is going down as well the payment will only be about $10.00 more a month instead of almost $300.00 a month to pay for the window loan. That is a load off me let me tell you.

The teacher believed me because we had the option of giving book reports in oral form and I gave reports on the entire Dune series in one sitting. Gad I still wish we had cameras then like the ones we have today it took her a week to grade then after she went over the books herself with her notes and my next reports were on the Hobbit and LOTR series...
