I am very physical but read and keep up with world events, exercise daily, love outdoor adventure, communing with nature, affection, laughter, passion,... I'm Agnostic but live by values that are the foundation of all religions (respect, kindness, forgiveness, honesty, humility, faithfulness...). My "religion" is to be a good person, John Lennon's song Imagine (below) sums up my beliefs, every word.
