Some people think if they don't vote they have no impact. That is always a vote for the candidate with lesser voters. There is no 3 party system. If there were I'm betting the good guy loses every time.

@Normanbites Yes, I think that is the position that will sustain you and I think it relieves you from those types of conversations in future. I know that I would not trouble myself with that conversation with family or anyone else. Your sister's arguments simply aren't true and the truth is necessary in order to reach valid conclusions.
