I've written for a newspaper and a daily blog, but writing about myself is definitely different. I have been single -- and haven't dated -- for the better part of years. I ran a newspaper for years prior to retiring in 20. Before that I taught school. I have a masters degree in Secondary Education: American & Russian History. Couldn't stand not being active after I retired, so I started an eBay store selling vintage and antique items, and I have a Facebook page about antiquing with over 10,000 followers. I have one daughter who is married, and they live in California. She is 36 and expecting my first grandchild, Olivia Ann, on Feb. 1, 2020
