I was born in the Midwest, America’s heartland. My moved the family to Seattle In the early 60s. After he remarried, we moved to Dallas Texas where I graduated high school and university. I completed my graduate work at the University of Idaho I took a position at a university in Chicago’s academic loop. After five years in Chicago land I returned to the West Coast for five years and then finally Landing in Michigans upper Peninsula.
