Here's me in CliffsNotes version: Jersey transplant to Fla. BS double major communications and political science with a minor in philosophy. JD '98. E-i-C of the LR. ENFJ (I have my shit together for the most part, had to go through some shitty situations to get there, but I did it, and want to encourage others to do the same with theirs, in a coaching capacity, not a "fixing" capacity).
Passionate about progressive politics, animals of all sorts but not absolutely crazy about snakes (I love insects, btw), vegetarian but mostly vegan, the beach (have to live within an hour of the coast or it feels--can't really put it into words, but "off base," maybe; it's an empath thing, and yes, I'm a total empath), history, traveling (esp. to historic sites), teaching (adjunct law professor at local universities and community colleges), intellectually engaging documentaries and films, Portlandia (I agree with Jerry Seinfeld that this is currently the funniest program out there), the Original Bad News Bears and Field of Dreams, summer, children, honesty (please be fucking real), constant personal growth, wicked sense of humor (in myself, and others of course), used to work with a really famous rock band because the lead singer was a friend and went to Woodstock '99 with the band and Flea was naked with blue hair hanging near me while my band played and Robby Krieger from the Doors sat with me on the tour bus woo hoo, Frenchman's Cove Jamaica, cruising, zero population growth (Neo-Malthusianism), and most of all, my two grown children and my furbabies.
