I identify as a Skeptic. I wasn't one until about age 27. Before that I believed just about everything. Then I stumbled into media with opposing views and people debunking supernatural claims. Then I just felt really dumb. I try not to be too hard on believers in the supernatural, but I will with great glee point out the flaws in their arguments and "evidence." At 36 now one thing I think about is how I used to fantasize and escape reality in the world that so many people do of religion and aliens and all that nonsense. Sometimes I want that back, but it's impossible now. Occasionally I might fool myself into thinking my life has a plan cause a strange pattern of events will happen, but it doesn't stick.
