@Castlepaloma Lucky you! I had to get a certification for a new exercise class that they (my boss) wants me to teach for the elderly, except this type of class is not elderly friendly and I have to think how I can change it so that it is. On the other hand, I got to experience something different and like it for myself. The other thing was that we worked out for 6 hour's, I'm sore and was very bitchy yesterday! Lol

@MsKathleen Yes! These horrible alcoholic beverages come and go. These will eventually go away but some of the beer maker's are now making their own alcoholic seltzer waters and they're really bad!

@FrayedBear I laughed during my second child's delivery, I was watching comedy and every time I laughed, the nurse's would run in thinking I was having heavy contractions. I was in pain throughout that pregnancy, so the contractions and the ending of the pregnancy was very welcoming!
