After I had my daughter, I had an operation to not have anymore kid's, the anesthesiologist pinched a nerve along my spine which the doctor told me that I will now have problems with my back. It was true, it would spasm and I wouldn't be able to move. Luckily I had my mom, who would help me with the kid's and she would drive me to a massage clinic. Well anyway when I started teaching the chair yoga classes my back stopped getting spasms and it doesn't hurt like it used to. Please find one nearest you!

Just check the link that Ms.Kathleen offered, you can find out if you're eligible and for the gym nearest you. We have different classes to offer different people. We have low impact to high impact. Chair yoga, floor yoga and Tai Chi.

The weekend before this last one, we rented a cabin in the forest, this past weekend we went on a party bus ride with some of her friends from school, casino hopping in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, NM. This weekend I booked a stay at a natural hot springs resort. So it's been partying every weekend! 🎉🍹🍻💐🎊🎈

@FrayedBear The bus wasn't full, yes, we sat in one row and the next row was empty, seating like that throughout the bus. Lot's of hand sanitizer, people passing out the snack's and drink's, had glove's, mask's and hand sanitizer. So it seemed pretty safe. If I get covid I doubt I'll be able to come in here and tell you about it, I'll be really sick. Just like how a few months ago I got food poisoning and didn't come on in here until I felt better

@FrayedBear I don't go out to bar's to drink anymore, I like drinking at home. No one bothering me, not expensive and I can listen to whatever I want to. We've been celebrating her beating cancer, so far. Last year she was going through chemo and radiation treatments. She also caught covid before she started her treatments. So I'm just making sure she's having fun for the next few weekends before I leave to go visit my fiancee. Last weekend I booked us a cabin up in the forest near here. Her blood pressure has been very high and it was not only scaring her but me too, I'm not ready to lose her! So last weekend was a cabin in the woods, this past weekend we did the party bus casino hopping trip. This coming weekend I booked a stay at a natural hot springs resort. Something for both of us to relax. When I get back from visiting Metalhead222, I'm going to take her back to Santa Fe, NM. but not for the casino's. I want her to enjoy the city, the art, and just the beauty of the city.

@FrayedBear No free meals at the casino's. I bought my mom and I a couple of meal's. First casino we went to, we walked around the casino and went sight seeing around the casino. I then went to a little restaurant and bought us a hot dog and hamburger plate with french fries. The next day I bought a plate of nachos and a green chili cheesburger plate, we both shared and very full. After we ate, we walked around the casino and sat outside to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains.

She's stressed out, she said some days he's really mean to her. She's going to pass down the business to other's that were on the trip but I don't think they'll do it the way she does. We'll see.

@racocn8 I didn't think it was sad, thought it was funny. She looked so innocent and when she said that to him changed my view of her, I nicknamed her diabolita, little devil in English! Her and I would laugh about that incident! It was sad when they both passed away. She went to my class, went home and fell. Her children hadn't heard from her for 2 day's and went to check up on her, she was laying where she had fallen down and not responsive. He went to get his stomach stapled, he wasn't obese, just had a belly. Anyway, the surgery wasn't performed well, he was sent home where he bled to death. They were both good people, I had fun working with him and I enjoyed having her in my classes. Death unfortunately is a part of my job, I miss them all, they all still hold a part of my heart.

@Pralina1 I also had an abortion when I was married. We had just had our son and I was also on birth control. Our reasoning was it was too soon for another one and we didn't want another one yet. The clinic I went to wasn't scary at all, the employees there were very nice and I remember driving up to the clinic, the crazy pro lifers were trying to block me from entering the parking lot, I revved up my engine and floored my car, fuck them! A volunteer from the clinic had to come and escort me into the building all the while I was yelling obscenities and flipping off those crazy fuckers! My body my right! Fuck them and fuck Texas!
