I love both of my parents. I have been hanging out with them everyday and having a good time doing so. My mom was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago but had two surgeries and we got the good news that she's cancer free! So I'm so happy that I'm not going to lose her yet! I didn't know what to do...

@glennlab Kinda like what she had to put up with me during my pregnancies! I have heard that, some days are going to worse than others and having her keep hydrated. I'm already getting her to drink more water. I make sure she drinks at least half a gallon of water a day, I want her to drink more but that's all she'll drink. She doesn't understand the importance of hydration, especially what I have been reading about the side affects of chemo.

@Diogenes The beauty of SilverSneakers is the different levels of impact and cardio that the different classes offer. Just choose which one is best for you, it's not just for the 65 year's old and older but multigenerational. Not only am I an instructor I also work with the insurance companies that offer the program to their clients. This is supposed to be the busy time of year for us, I usually go to the different seminar's to do presentations for the benefit of SilverSneakers here where I live plus all of West Texas and New Mexico but since covid-19 that's not happening. It's a great benefit, I have seen with my own eyes how it has improved people's lives.

@MissKathleen Yes, take care of your knee, that's what these classes are for, not just low impact but for people with injuries, disabilities, and different diseases that limit their range of motion. I've been working for SilverSneakers for 13 year's and have been a SilverSneakers instructor for 14 years. Keep exercising, it's the best thing to do for yourself. If you feel pain just let up a little,make sure your doctor gives you the okay first so you don't injure yourself further.

@Cutiebeauty When I'm really lazy just cheese and salsa on the side. When I want to fancy it up, I'll put chicken, cheese, mushrooms, onion's and tomatoes with salsa on the side. I use my homemade salsa for the side. I use grilled jalapenos, grilled onions and grilled tomatoes and I boil tomatillo's. Throw ingredients in the blender with some garlic, salt and pepper, a little bit of water from the boiled tomatillo's. Blend and pour in a bowl.

Any one agree or disagree?
