I'll have lunch with them, go drink a couple of beers with them, go to the parties that they go to at the senior centers, hangout after I teach them exercise classes and talk with them. I hear how some feel lonely and abandoned.

Yup..today I'm even a bit sad. One of my dogs died last night, I'm not exaxtly sure why. Let's just say old age. She was such a happy girl. I shall miss her.
